Walter Lilly transformed This terraced property into a traditional four bedroom, four bathroom luxury family home in the heart of Kensington, after winning the single stage, competitively tendered, refurbishment and extension contract.

The project required extensive underpinning works following structural alterations, all managed by our in-house engineers.

The home showcases interiors of the utmost quality and style, with sleek marble finishes in the bathrooms and detailed joinery throughout.

A striking new landscaped garden compliments the open plan kitchen, bringing the outdoors in and creating a stunning family / entertaining space. Walter Lilly managed the hardscaping (including garden services and lighting, terrace stonework and stairs). Neve Sanderson Garden Design completed the softscaping.
