Health & Safety is a top priority to Stak Construction. Our goal is to reduce risk to as little as possible and provide a fully trained workforce and team of Managers to every one of our clients.
Our employees are assessed for skills on Induction and records of training is monitored and audited regularly. One To One sessions are held twice yearly between staff and Managers, where our Employees are offered further training relevant to their job.
As recognised members of Investors In People, we understand that keeping our staff trained and up to date with health & safety legislation is key to performance.
100% of our workforce and Manager’s hold CSCS cards.
We have staff who are PTS trained (for rail) and as per accordance with our D&A Policy, carry out regular Medical, Drugs & Alcohol tests.
We have been CHAS Approved since February 2007.
